Episode 2 - You and Me vs. The Government

Americans in the twenty-first century have grown accustomed to a broad swath of civil liberties and private, individual rights. And we've also grown accustomed to choosing our own methods of expressing those rights. But if we choose to express our civil liberties, our civil rights, in a courtroom, we often find a massive, nearly insurmountable legal wall standing in our way.

In this episode of the Impartial Review Podcast, we're going to talk about that wall. We're going to talk about the reason it was built, how high it goes, and about the ongoing efforts, at the Supreme Court and elsewhere, to tear it all down.
